Ritika Ravichandar

Ritika is an HR Generalist at VetEvolve where she supports employees, managers, and teams with Human Resource operations. Her work includes managing leave and accommodations, maintaining policies, overseeing onboarding, and providing day-to-day employee support. She previously worked as an HR Generalist in a similar role and holds a B.S. in Psychology from Drake University with a minor in Data Analytics and a concentration in Human Resource Management. Ritika is SHRM-CP certified.

Originally from the St. Louis area, Ritika recently relocated to D.C. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and baking.
