Senior Vice President of Operations
Chandni Sud, MPH, Ed.D., serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at VetEvolve, where she provides strategic oversight and execution of the shared services division. In her role, she drives operational excellence across critical business functions, including integrations, talent acquisition, call center operations, facilities, and boarding.
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare operations, Chandni is a seasoned executive known for leveraging data-driven insights to elevate performance, streamline processes, and deliver measurable results. Before joining VetEvolve, she served as SVP of Performance Operations at Mass Advantage, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance service delivery and member experience.
Chandni holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Buffalo, a Master of Public Health from the University of Rochester, and a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from D’Youville University.
Outside of work, Chandni enjoys spending time with her high school sweetheart (now her husband) and their two sons. She also loves reading, connecting with family and friends, and helping her parents with their family business.
