Cara Whitley is the Chief Marketing Officer for VetEvolve, where she leads marketing and growth strategy across the company’s expanding network of veterinary practices. She focuses on the entire customer experience—supporting the needs of pet families and the professionals who care for them—while driving strong business results and lasting brand connections.
Previously, Cara revitalized the global Century 21 Real Estate brand as Chief Marketing Officer, delivering record growth across more than 80 countries. Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at American Express, where she built co-brand partnerships with major retailers and deepened loyalty among high-value customers.
Cara earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami. Based in Redding, Connecticut, she enjoys an active lifestyle with her rescue dog, Otis, and spends as much time outdoors as possible—running, swimming, golfing, playing tennis, and skiing in the winter.
