Kaylin Richerson
Director, Client Experience
Kaylin is the Director, Client Experience at VetEvolve, where she leads the development and ongoing management of the call center function, including strategic initiatives to expand the scope of the call center as well as ensuring excellence in our customer interactions.
Previously, Kaylin worked in veterinary practices and held leadership roles at AmeriVet Veterinary Partners. She built and scaled an internal call center to 100+ veterinary practices as well as an online booking platform. She is a graduate of Texas A&M and was recognized as AmeriVet’s Support Person of the Year.
Based in Texas, Kaylin shares her home with five rescue cats and enjoys live music, movies, and traveling.
