Vlad Zabadayev

Vlad Zabadayev is Director of M&A at VetEvolve, where he leads the execution of veterinary hospital acquisitions and supports the company’s continued growth. He brings seven years of M&A experience and has played an instrumental role in over 150 hospital acquisitions.
Prior to transitioning into M&A, Vlad began his career in accounting. He holds an MBA with a focus in finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration from UC Riverside.
Based in San Antonio, Texas, Vlad enjoys baking, tackling home improvement projects, and spending time with his wife, son, and their two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Labrador.
