VetEvolve Welcomes Jeremy Reynolds as Chief Human Resources Officer

Experienced healthcare executive joins VetEvolve to lead people strategy and support continued organizational growth 

ESSEX, Md., September 21,2026 — VetEvolve, a community of veterinary practices focused on strengthening care through intentional growth, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Reynolds as Chief Human Resources Officer. 

Reynolds joins the executive team with more than 20 years of experience leading people and organizational strategies within complex, growth-oriented organizations. As CHRO, he will lead VetEvolve’s people strategy, supporting the organization’s continued growth while strengthening the programs, resources, and culture that help team members build meaningful, long-term careers.  

Reynolds brings extensive experience leading human resources strategy within healthcare organizations undergoing significant growth and change. Most recently, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Mom’s Meals, a national healthcare organization with nearly 2,500 employees and a pioneer in the growing Food as Medicine movement. Prior to Mom’s Meals, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Affordable Care, where he helped lead the organization through a period of significant growth, expanding from approximately $385 million to $900 million in revenue and from 2,500 to nearly 5,000 employees.

Earlier in his career, Reynolds held several HR leadership roles with Grifols, a global biopharmaceutical company specializing in protein therapeutics. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
