Mayange Kane Named to Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 List

ESSEX, Md., April 8, 2026 –Mayange (May) Kane, Chief Operating Officer of VetEvolve, has been named to the 2026 Philadelphia Business Journal 40 Under 40, an annual recognition honoring the region’s most accomplished and impactful young leaders.

Selected from nearly 300 nominations, this year’s honorees represent a diverse group of professionals across industries including healthcare, finance, real estate, nonprofit, and more. Honorees were chosen by the Philadelphia Business Journal’s editorial board based on both career achievements and contributions to their communities.

Kane is recognized for her leadership in driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and scalable infrastructure within complex healthcare organizations. As Chief Operating Officer at VetEvolve, she plays a critical role in advancing the company’s partnership-driven model, supporting veterinary practices with the tools, resources, and operational framework needed to deliver high-quality care while maintaining local autonomy.

Prior to joining VetEvolve, Kane served as Chief Operating Officer of Rothman Orthopaedics, where she led enterprise strategy, operational scale, and performance analytics across a multi-market clinical platform. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with physicians, boards, and executive leadership teams to build sustainable operating models, strengthen governance, and align clinical quality with financial performance.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Kane is actively involved in supporting organizations focused on advancing women and children. She brings a values-driven approach to leadership, shaped by her roles as a wife, mother, and dog owner.
