VetEvolve Expands Network with New Joint Venture Partnership in Locust Grove, Virginia

Partnership reflects continued momentum and demand for VetEvolve’s model of intentional growth and practice support 

Essex, MD — March 25, 2026 — VetEvolve today announced a new joint venture partnership with Paradocs Animal Hospital, a respected veterinary practice based in Locust Grove, Virginia, continuing the company’s steady growth across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. 

Founded in 2015 by Dr. Joan Prasse and Dr. Shauna Riggs, Paradocs Animal Hospital has built a strong reputation for high-quality care and a collaborative, team-oriented culture. The practice provides both companion animal and equine services, offering a unique model tailored to the needs of its local community. 

Through this joint venture partnership, Paradocs will retain its clinical leadership and identity while gaining access to VetEvolve’s broader support platform — designed to strengthen operations, support teams, and enable long-term growth.
