Growing From Within

VetEvolve Announces Two Internal Promotions

VetEvolve is proud to announce two recent promotions. Karen Rohde and Jennifer Rossi have both been elevated to Regional Managers after excelling previously as practice managers within the VetEvolve family of practices. Both bring years of experience managing and developing local leadership to provide excellent customer experiences which will now be leveraged as they each take management over a regional group of practices.

These promotions highlight both VetEvolve’s people-first focus and our commitment to developing career growth paths for all team members as part of the support they receive. VetEvolve has always believed in leveraging the strength of our network to help veterinarians be the best they can be and also recognizes the strengths and value members of individual teams can offer when given the chance to thrive.

Let’s learn more about our two newest regional managers.

Karen Rohde

Karen is the Tennessee Valley Regional Manager, where she works with practice managers and their veterinary teams to develop and hone a people-first culture that delivers excellence in patient care and client service.

Karen had a career as a teacher before becoming a receptionist at a practice over 16 years ago. She was able to use her organizational skills and management experience from her previous career to improve the practice’s operations and was promoted to practice manager. She joined Tazewell Pike in 2017 as Hospital Administrator where she worked side by side with Dr. Joanne Hibbs in growing the practice before it joined VetEvolve in 2021. Karen was instrumental in helping Dr. Hibbs navigate the process of partnering with VetEvolve.

Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree from Adelphi University and lives in Tennessee with her husband of 32 years. She enjoys traveling, gardening and discovering new food hot spots around town and around the country.

Jennifer Rossi

Jennifer is the Northern Virginia Regional Manager, where she is responsible for developing the leadership and management skills of the veterinary teams in her region to create a culture that delivers exceptional client service and patient care.

Jennifer has more than 25 years of experience in the veterinary field, including 20 years as a Practice Manager. She assisted in opening two hospitals and grew them to over $4.5M in annual revenue. She chose to be in the veterinary field because she enjoys the challenges of a small business environment and has a true commitment to the human-animal bond.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Biology and has an MBA from George Washington University. Outside of work, she enjoys going for long walks with Zoey, her Border Collie, and snuggling with her cats.
