Jennifer Rossi is the Northern Virginia Regional Manager at VetEvolve where she is responsible for developing the leadership and management skills of the veterinary teams in her region to create a culture that delivers exceptional client service and patient care.
Jennifer has more than 25 years of experience in the veterinary field including 20 years as a practice manager where she opened two hospitals and grew them to over $4.5M in annual revenue. She chose to be in the veterinary field because she enjoys the challenges of a small business environment and has a true commitment to the human-animal bond.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Biology and has an MBA from George Washington University. Outside of work, she enjoys going for long walks with Zoey, her Border Collie, and snuggling with her cats. Jennifer’s most important role in life is being a mom. “Nothing beats hiking with my family on a beautiful day.”
