Vicki Fong

Vicki Fong is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at VetEvolve, where she is responsible for collaborating with our local practice leaders and central support team to facilitate the hiring of veterinarians who are strong fits for each unique hospital.

Vicki joins us with more than 20 years of experience in the veterinary field with roles in Associate Veterinarian relations, veterinary distribution and field education/sales. This experience, combined with her career as a Veterinary Technician and Veterinary Technician Supervisor in large specialty hospitals, has provided Vicki with strong insight into business operations and the interpersonal dynamics of veterinary teams.

Vicki has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University and is a certified Compassion Fatigue Educator. After living in California for over 20 years, Vicki now resides in the great state of Texas where she has 8 horses, 4 dogs, 3 indoor cats and a ridiculous number of goats and barn cats. When she’s not at work, she loves to read, take photos and help her daughter ride horses.
