Justin Turner
Director of Facilities
Based in Hammonton, New Jersey, Justin Turner brings over 30 years of experience in construction and facilities management to his role as Director of Facilities at VetEvolve. He leads facilities strategy and planning across the organization, drawing on deep expertise in preventive maintenance, vendor management, and multi-site operations.
Before joining VetEvolve, Justin served as Regional Facilities Manager at Banfield Pet Hospitals (Mars Veterinary Health), overseeing a multi-state team supporting 580 hospitals. He also previously owned and operated West Coast Construction Company, delivering large-scale commercial projects and custom residential builds.
Justin is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and was honored with the Mars Make a Difference National Award for his leadership in a feeding program for street children in the Philippines.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys time with his wife, their five children, and four grandchildren. Their Goldendoodle, Ginger, keeps things lively at home. When not traveling with family, he can be found woodworking or tackling projects around the house and barn.
