Regional Manager
Matt is a Regional Manager at VetEvolve, responsible for supporting our hospital teams, helping to drive operational excellence, and ensuring that our doctors, staff, and patients have the resources they need to succeed.
As an adaptive operations and people leader with over 25 years of experience in human health as well as animal health, Matt takes pride in teaching and mentoring others in business and life. Matt leverages insights into human behavior to create impactful strategies and enhance team dynamics, ultimately contributing to the success of multi-site operations.
Matt holds a BA and MBA in Business Management with minors in Project Management and Human Resources along with a professional certification as a Human Behavior Analyst.
Matt is married to his high school sweetheart and has two sons. He is passionate about the game of baseball – coaching, umpiring, and teaching. The Malloys’ furry friends consist of four cats and one dog that thinks he is a cat.
