Michael Hart
Director of Information Technology
Michael Hart joins VetEvolve as the Director of Information Technology. Michael is an accomplished IT leader who brings over 20 years of IT experience managing and leading technology infrastructure, M&A and integration, cyber-security, data analytics, and DevOps initiatives. Michael spent more than 15 years in the financial services sector before shifting to the animal health field and helping PetWell Partners acquire and manage a network of veterinary clinics across the U.S. Most recently, Michael linked his financial services and veterinary background to help Independence Pet Group grow the nascent pet insurance market.
Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas and later completed a Master’s in Business Administration at Cornell University. He lives in the Houston, Texas, area with his wife, Cynthia, their four children, and an adorable heterochromic husky/lab mix, Iris. In the little free time left, Michael enjoys traveling to new places, woodworking, and cooking using the sous vide method.
