Clayton Stanley
Chief Development Officer
Clayton Stanley brings more than 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions to his role as Chief Development Officer at VetEvolve. He leads all aspects of the company’s acquisition strategy and collaborates with executive leadership to align acquisition efforts with the company’s growth goals.
Before joining VetEvolve, Clayton served as CDO at AmeriVet Veterinary Partners, where he led the acquisition of over 180 clinics and played a key role in the company’s successful sale in 2022. His background also includes roles in investment banking, M&A consulting, and corporate development.
Clayton holds a Master’s in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He lives in San Antonio, TX, with his wife and three children, and enjoys playing golf, tennis, and basketball, as well as spending time with his family.
