VetEvolve Names Joseph Giles as Chief Executive Officer

VetEvolve is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Giles as its new Chief Executive Officer. With a proven track record of driving organizational growth and fostering purpose-driven cultures, Joseph will lead VetEvolve in its next phase of strategic and operational expansion.

Joseph brings over 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare, private equity, and professional services. Joseph brings with him a building and growth mindset co-founding several healthcare companies in veterinary medicine, pediatrics, and critical research. Most recently, he served as co-founder/CEO of Midwest Vision Partners, where he oversaw significant growth in delivering eye care services across the Midwest. Previously, Joseph was the COO of Athletico Physical Therapy, leading operational excellence across a multi-site platform. His career also includes roles at Vista Equity Partners and Barclays, where he honed his expertise in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and operational transformation.

Joseph holds a JD, MBA, and BBA from the University of Michigan, reflecting his lifelong commitment to learning and innovation.

Based in Chicago, Joseph enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with his wife, two children, and their Golden Retriever, Maddie.
