When VetEvolve was founded, the vision was clear: create a company where veterinary practices feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive without losing their individuality. We knew that success wouldn’t be measured only in numbers but in the relationships we built, the teams we supported, and the communities we served.
That journey began with our very first hospital partnership with Fairfax Animal Hospital, and from that moment forward, we’ve approached every new addition to our community as if it were our first. Every practice joins at a unique point in their story, and we strive to make that transition personal, seamless, and full of possibility.
Today, we are proud to celebrate a major milestone – welcoming our 50th hospital, Philadelphia Animal Hospital, while staying true to the philosophy that it’s not about the number.
“We always say it’s not about the number,” said Catherine Howell, COO & Interim CEO, of VetEvolve. “We want every practice to feel like it’s the first because for them, it is. That’s why we’ve deeply invested in supporting onboarding and welcoming each new partner into the VetEvolve community. While it’s never just about the numbers, we do believe in celebrating wins. Welcoming our 50th practice is a win for our entire team and a testament to the trust our partners place in us.”
Philadelphia Animal Hospital, founded by Dr. Lawrence Rebbecchi, is a growing multi-vet, full-service practice dedicated to compassionate care, advanced medicine, and strengthening the human-animal bond. Their commitment to their patients and community reflects the same values that guide VetEvolve – serving others, striving to improve every day, and building trust through honesty and follow-through.
From one hospital to fifty, our mission has remained the same: to empower veterinary teams, foster meaningful partnerships, and create an environment where people and practices can thrive. This milestone is not an ending point but a stepping stone, and we look forward to continuing “to do more VetEvolve” in the years ahead.
