I met with Jessica today while she was in town and she presented me with the letter from all of you guys and the coin. I just wanted to personally thank you guys for bestowing such an honor upon me. I am very happy here and am truly blessed to have the support of VetEvolve as I try to learn and grow both as a technician and supervisor.

In August 2017, I was rewarded with the opportunity to become a member of the VetEvolve family. Since that time, I have felt nothing but embraced, valued and respected. I feel so fortunate to be a part of an organization that believes so highly in education and the personal and professional growth of their employees. Each day I am encouraged to do the best that I can, but also realizing that it is acceptable to ask for assistance when needed. Guidance is ALWAYS just a phone call away. The leaders are approachable and have never made me feel embarrassed to have made a mistake or not know how to complete a task. The lessons I have learned from this experience are immeasurable and I am extremely grateful. What a blessing to work for an organization that believes in me, especially on the days when I don’t believe in myself. I have often called just for words of encouragement and I have never been disappointed.

I really think the programs we are putting in place should help drive sales. I like them and think the clients will as well. I look forward to seeing it all come to fruition. I wanted to also say I appreciate your reassurance that I am doing a good job for you… I will always continue to give you my best and I look forward to working with you, Paul and Jessica to make [us] the best veterinary hospital in the area. We'll make it happen!

When VetEvolve partnered with my practice, I was concerned my bookkeeping skills may no longer be needed. I was considering moving to a new position outside the company but after a conversation with Jessica and Paul they worked with me to be able to stay with the company. Being employed with VetEvolve has been a rewarding experience. Paul, Nick, and Jessica have given me the opportunity to expand my experience in different areas of my job challenging me to work outside of my comfort zone and learning new skills. They are patient when explaining how things are to be done and are understanding if mistakes are made. The move to my current position with VetEvolve was a great decision.

VetEvolve has been an amazing company to work for and with. It is a company that I am proud to be associated with, not only because it is owned by two Marines, but because of the value it places on its employees. I work mostly with Jessica, who is always friendly, compassionate and professional. She is straightforward with her expectations and your position in the company. She helps to find ways to support your growth as an individual and as a doctor. When a concern arises, I feel heard and work with our management team and Jessica to provide a solution. I do not feel like an unknown number, but like a recognized employee and valuable member of the VetEvolve family.
